Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item for any reason, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. No returns of any type will be accepted without being preauthorized. A return authorization is required for each item returned. We reserve the right to refuse the package and refuse refunds to any package received without preauthorization.

The authorization is good for 10 days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the authorization. Please allow 5-7 days for refund processing. All returns must be sent via USPS, UPS or another carrier that provides tracking numbers. (In special cases, Customer Service may require a specific carrier. Please use the specific carrier when advised to do so.)

Please Note: A store credit may be given for items at our discretion. No cash refunds will be given. Credits will only be given after product is received and inspected. If product is not in condition that customer states, partial refund or no refund may be given. Store credit willl be good for six months only.

Clearance/Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on any item that is on sale or clearance.

Hair Care/Skin Care Products

All such products must be returned in original package, in original condition, unopened. It must be returned within 15 days of invoice date to obtain full refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR OPEN OR USED PRODUCTS.

Human Hair/Synthetic Hair

Due to State Laws no returns will be accepted on human hair or synthetic hair products.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
